Atrocious serviceI also tried to purchase a Three Graces coin having funded my accountI also could not use those funds and had to purchase using a credit card which was shown as pending for 6 days until this eveningI have an email confirming my order and if I do not receive the coin I will instruct solicitors as a contract was in placeMy first ever experience which has been unbelievable.

I sold my digital assets on the 07/02/2021 and send my request to withdraw the funds on the 08/02/2021. I was asked to send my banking documentation on the 09/02/2021 which i immediately provided on the same day.On the 16/02/2021 i noticed that my funds were reverted back to my RM investment account,no one sent me a notification about this.So i decided to send a second withdrawal request on the same day.Till now 26/02/2021 i am not receive my funds even the fact that i selected the faster payment option.I wrote many times to the customer service via email as well as on two social media platform but never receive clarity on this issue.I requested them to show me a bank statement from their financial team in order for me to get proof that they have already sent me the funds. The customer service agents have constantly avoid my request and till now have not provide me with evidence and transparency of this transaction.Do not invest on their digital products they will never deliver the goods or provide a swift service! I believe they are amateurs when it comes to digital investments!!!UPDATE: 03/03/2021I have not receive my funds till now and also did not get any email ever since i posted the review above.

I’ve ordered many coins over the years from Royal Mint without having any issues, everything has been plain sailing, it’s come packaged & delivered perfectly as well as the customer service being brilliant, would highly recommend and I’ll continue to buy from here as I always have

I'd really like to put a 5 stars, for their products, but the service, delivery, assistance and viability are so weak that it's impossible to put more than 1 star.My advice is to order their products to other suppliers.I am based in France and ordered 2 Queens beasts coins. DHL asked me for additional VAT, that is completely undue on gold investment products, but they insisted, so I said that I don't want the products, as the Royal Mint support wrote it to me: no problem, we can cancel the order as we are now trying to solve the cross-border VAT issue.Couple of days after, DHL is back, with still additional VAT.The Royal Mint is investigating. It's not VAT, it's customs taxes, dixit the Royal Mint.OK, I am checking with DHL. Nope, it's additional VAT as we have no idea it's gold investment product according to the instructions and invoice we got.Is somebody's lying? One of the main challenge with the Royal Mint is that they never or nearly never answer emails and so you need to call them, and they are very nice over the phone, but nothing is fixed or solved after you hang up.Did I tell you the amount on the invoice was wrong? It's in GBP but the amount should be in euros, and of course, the undue VAT to paid is even worse because of this additional mistake. There are fortunately other UK suppliers that are really more professional selling some of the Royal Mint products, but of course it's a shame to have to proceed this way and thus miss some marvelous pieces of gold.

I am leaving a 3 star review for a number of reasons which i will outline. I’m hoping Royal Mint will contact me to resolve.I intend to invest monthly in their “digigold” service, but it’s very hard to get the VAT info I want.I paid in £25 and wanted to buy silver at £20/oz (rounded figures for simplicity on here). I could only buy 1.000oz because the VAT isn’t shown. Ok, I get that, I’m bright enough to figure that one out. But, what happens when you sell? There is nothing anywhere that says what you’ll get back.At the moment, if I go to sell it (I actually want to keep it for a long time), it says the sell price is £20 and I lose zero. But do I get the VAT refunded too? Do I have £25 back in my account? Or is the VAT amount gone forever. Literally cannot find a thing about it. Maybe someone can respond on here and restore some faith?Update: it’s been four days since I gave RM my contact details and no one has been in touch

Went online to purchase the latest issue of three graces coins, only to waste an hour of my life, that I will never get back!Their online shop, is by far the worst I have come across. As I was "checking out", items were being removed, so that I had to start again. Until in the end I had nothing! My son managed to purchase a coin, but has now had an email saying that he can't have it, because they sold too many.I have closed my account and will never be buying anything from them again. An absolute shower of s**t.Update, now I receive a message requesting my information, to do what?If you are prepared to sell me what I was trying to buy, then yes I will enter into a dialogue. But as I suspect, if this is just a PR exercise to try to make yourselves look better, then forget it!If it's just advice you're looking for, then change your online shop, to "remove stock, once item has been selected for cart". Then give a ten minute "option" on that item/items, to allow payment! But nothing will change, because someone always knows best!Further update. Like I said, if you are we're going to reinstate my purchases, I would oblige. But as you can't, I am not prepared to waste any more time on this.Only to warn others that may think, that dealing with you is a straightforward operation. It's not!For me it was a disappointment and a waste of an hour of my life, I'll never get back!

They send you a confirmation of order, take the money out of your account and then cancel your order. Have to wait for a refund of upto 7 days. Not the first time its happened. Also the quality of coins from royal mint are terrible. Avoid this joke of a company.

I cannot actually buy anything when i hit the fix price and continue button. terrible site. needs option to send back to the account they take the cash from . I was eventually able to withdraw my money after emailing royal mints team. It took a few days for the money to be transferred to my account.

5 star from 1 star have to say everything was sorted products delivered well packed and super condition5 nil down to 5 nil up well done royalmintWill use again

I have bought items from royal mint many times in the past and never had an jssue. At the end of november i attempted to buy an elton john coin as a christmas present and it said there was an error processing the item. No problem technical issues happen from time to time. The coin was bought on another card and payment confirmed. The next day however i got an email saying the original order was confirmed but i no longer needed it so after about 25 minutes waiting on the phone a very helpful customer service rep cancelled my order. However money was still withdrawn from my account for the value of £15. I have been back and forward with royal mint who are adament no money was taken and a cancelled order will be released back into my account but i have spoken with my bank who have confirmed the money was taken from my account and i have provided royal mint with bank statments proving that but last contact i had they said no money was taken and the money was never removed. Very frustrating and i am awaiting there replyHaving had absolutely no luck with customer service email who kept responding by saying I was not entitled to a refund I spent my own time and effort to spend 25 minutes waiting on the phone before resolving the issue with the accounts departmentIf the review had been read on 5th January then you would have seen that the issue had been rectified with your accounts department and the matter was closed. The email correspondence kept informing me that no money had been taken out of my account when in actual fact it had. What happened was the customer service advisor I spoke to in regards cancelling the order cancelled the wrong transaction hence the confusion

I was purchasing a half sovereign, for some unfathomable reason, I was obliged to create a 'Money Wallet' and pay more than the purchase price. All ended well thanks to an employee called Jodie who single handedly redeemed the situation.

I decided to cash in all my bullion after receiving a terrible service when I sold back my first lot of gold. I have three transactions in the pipeline, two of which have reached the maximum 7 working days you need to allow for your bullion account to be credited. Surprise surprise no sign of any money. Be aware, you post in your gold and they do not acknowledge receipt. They assay your gold but do not update you. They then sell your gold and still no update. In my case I had to repeatedly call in to chase the progress of my first sale and calls were not returned as promised. It was very stressful as I am not in good health. This time I am leaving them to it and will not be wasting hours on the phone. 7 working days are up today, so at close of play today I will be emailing them giving them 7 days notice of my intention to make a claim in the small claims court if I am not paid my money. They behave as if they are doing you a favour after you trusted them with your savings. It is a disgrace that they are permitted to be so blazé about financial transactions. Disappointed also that I was not invited to leave a review on feefo but I have applied directly to feefo to arrange this. SENT EMAIL FRI 13TH NOV advising court action in 7 calendar days if not paid. You can only email via the website enquiry form. Thought I would get a confirmation email but none arrived so Jane please note.
